Program Overview

The Guest Services Specialist, Technical Certificate program prepares students for careers in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. The program consists of five courses totaling 15 credits, covering topics such as computer literacy, front office systems, hotel management, organization and personnel management, and customer service.
