Program Overview

This ACEND-accredited program prepares students for the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) exam. The curriculum includes culinary skills, nutrition counseling, clinical care, and research, with a focus on practicum-based learning in the second year. Graduates are eligible to take the RDN exam and are prepared for careers in various clinical, community, and food service settings.
