Program Overview

The University of New Hampshire's Outdoor Leadership and Management program combines experiential learning in outdoor settings with a liberal arts education. Students gain a foundation in outdoor recreation leadership and management, develop skills in outdoor activities, and prepare for careers in outdoor programs, parks, and recreation settings. The program includes a core curriculum, OLM option core, electives, and an internship. Graduates are prepared for careers as guides, leaders, directors, and managers in the outdoor industry.
