Program Overview

The Dance option at UNH provides a comprehensive program for aspiring dance teachers, choreographers, and performers. Students develop technical skills in ballet, tap, jazz, and aerial arts, while also studying dance history, composition, and pedagogy. The program offers performance opportunities and allows students to focus on one or multiple dance forms. Graduates may pursue careers in dance education, performance, or choreography, with the option to enhance their qualifications through a fifth-year master's program or Aerial Dance Teacher Training.
