• HRM 103 Introduction to the Hospitality Industry (3 hrs)
• HRM 150 Sanitation in the Hospitality Industry (2 hrs)
• HRM 180 Food Production (3 hrs)
• HRM 240 Cost Controls in the Hospitality Industry (3 hrs)
• HRM 268 Hotel Operations Management (3 hrs)
• HRM 272L4 Hotel and Restaurant Management Field Experience I (GELB) (2 hrs)

Restricted Electives:

(6 hours) Students must choose six hours of "HRM" specialization courses. A list of applicable courses can be obtained from the advisor. Students are required to complete a minimum of six credit hours at the 300-level or above in their minor.
