Program Overview

The Secondary Education Communication and Theatre Arts Teaching Minor equips students with the knowledge and skills to teach speech and theatre arts at the secondary level. The program includes coursework in communication theory, interpersonal communication, speech pedagogy, and theatre appreciation. Graduates are qualified to teach speech and theatre arts at the secondary level and may also find employment in communication, theatre, or education fields.
