Program Overview

Coe College's Writing program equips students with exceptional writing skills in various nonfiction genres, including journalism, professional writing, and creative nonfiction. The curriculum offers courses in these areas, providing a solid foundation for careers in writing, graduate study, or professions requiring critical thinking and clear expression. Students have ample opportunities to engage in writing outside the classroom through student publications, the Writing Center, and internships.
