Diploma of Project Management

Program Overview

The Diploma of Project Management equips individuals with the skills and knowledge to manage projects effectively. Through a blended learning approach, students develop leadership abilities, acquire theoretical knowledge, and apply technical competencies to initiate, plan, execute, and evaluate projects. Graduates are prepared for careers as Project Team Leaders, Contract Managers, and Procurement Managers.

• Students develop leadership and management abilities, become responsible for achieving project objectives, acquire theoretical knowledge, and apply specialized technical and managerial competencies to initiate, plan, execute, and evaluate their and others' work.

Teaching:

• The course is delivered in a blended mode of classroom and online learning.
