Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements:

To gain entry to the Master of Business Administration online you will need: A bachelor degree or equivalent ​AND​ ​ A minimum of 3 years of relevant supervisory/management experience​​ OR Equivalent prior learning including at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 of those years at supervisory/management level. Applicants must also meet English Language Requirements (Band 4). This can include IELTS Academic - Overall band minimum score of 6.5 (no individual band less than 6.0).


Fast-track your Master of Business Administration

Eligible students can fast-track their Master of Business Administration and complete their degree in nine units (180 credit points) by applying for recognition of prior learning. To gain entry to the MBA (Fast-Track), applicants must: Have an Australian bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Business/Commerce.^ Have a minimum of three years of relevant supervisory/management experience. Meet English Language Requirements (Band 4). This can include IELTS Academic - Overall band minimum score of 6.5 (no individual band less than 6.0).

  • To gain entry to the fast-track masters, students must apply after they accept the offer for the 12-unit masters.
  • Applications for the fast-tracked master degree are subject to ECU’s assessment. ^Bachelor degree must be completed within the last 10 years.
