Certificate in Applied Statistics

Curriculum

The Certificate in Applied Statistics is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of statistical concepts and techniques. The program requires a total of 19 credits, including 13 credits of required courses and 6 credits of electives.

Required Courses

• STA 507: Introduction to Categorical Data Analysis (3 credits)
• STA 511: Intro Stat Computing & Data Management (3 credits)
• STA 512: Principles of Experimental Analysis (4 credits)
• STA 514: Modern Experimental Design (3 credits)

Electives

Students must select two courses from a selected area of concentration, totaling 6 credits.
