Overview
The Master of Arts in Human Resources Development focuses on the skills and knowledge needed to work with people in various employment settings. Courses draw upon the social and behavioral sciences and management theory to help students understand the human relations issues confronting both individuals and organizations.

The program combines organizational development, training and development, management, and career management studies to investigate all aspects of human resources utilization and development. Coursework focuses on maximizing the importance of human intervention to change complex organizational systems.
