Program Overview

This program provides an overview of the origins, production, and responsible service of alcoholic beverages. Through classroom instruction and a practical "Wine & Dine" project, students gain knowledge in the history, production methods, and responsible consumption of wine, beer, and spirits. The program prepares individuals for careers in the beverage industry.
