Program Overview

This first-year nursing course explores holistic care principles for individuals across the lifespan, emphasizing teaching and learning strategies for each developmental stage. Learners critically assess learning needs and apply concepts of growth and development to nursing practice. The program is offered through the Saskatchewan Collaborate Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is available at the Great Plains College Swift Current Campus.
