Program Overview

The Hotel and Restaurant Management program offers a course in Planning and Layout (PLAN 282). This course teaches students the principles of facility planning, including customer appeal, municipal codes, and interior design for hospitality businesses. Students will redesign a foodservice facility and research equipment specifications.
