Program Overview

The Wine and Dine Planning course within the Hotel and Restaurant Management program at Great Plains College teaches students how to plan and organize a fine dining project, including menu development, recipe standardization, and food and beverage cost control. This course builds on theoretical knowledge from previous courses and prepares students for careers in the hospitality industry.
