Program Overview

The CPA Exam Preparation - Audit Certificate of Achievement program at Foothill College equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the CPA exam and pursue careers in accounting. The program covers a comprehensive range of accounting topics, including auditing, taxation, and financial statement analysis. Students complete 25 units in three terms, with courses offered in a traditional semester format. Upon completion, graduates are prepared for roles such as accountant, auditor, and tax preparer.
