Entry Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Participate in a course entry interview to determine suitability of the course and additional support needs
- Undertake the ACSF LLN assessment
English Language Proficiency Requirements
- Completed an English language test within two years of the application date
- Minimum test scores:
- IELTS: 6.0
- TOEFL iBT: 64
- Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE): 169
- PTE Academic: 50
- Occupational English Test: B for each test component
English Language Test Evidence Exemption
Exemptions apply to:
- Citizens and passport holders from the UK, USA, Canada, NZ, or the Republic of Ireland
- Foreign Affairs or Defence sponsored students, or Secondary Exchange students (AASES)
- Students enrolled in a principal course of study that is a registered school course, a standalone ELICOS, a course delivered in a language other than English, or a registered post-graduate research course
- Students who have completed at least 5 years of study in English in one or more of the following countries: Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, or the Republic of Ireland
Study Assessment and Pathway
- Units are assessed individually via a range of assessment methods: Written Assessment, Verbal Questioning, and Practical Demonstrations observed directly by the assessor
- Students can commence their course in any of the units and in any order, as these units do not have any pre-requisites
