Program Overview

Portage College's 2.5-year Advanced Care Paramedic program prepares students for a rewarding career in healthcare. Delivered through a blended model, the program includes ambulance and clinical placements, equipping graduates with the skills and knowledge to provide advanced medical care in various settings. Graduates are eligible to write the COPR exam for provincial registration with the Alberta College of Paramedics, opening doors to a wide range of career opportunities in the healthcare industry.
