This program provides a foundation in health sciences, covering essential study skills, communication, research, and core subjects like chemistry, human physiology, and anatomy. It prepares students for careers in various healthcare settings, including aged care, primary health, mental health, and international aid. The program includes tertiary preparation modules in mathematics and language for study, ensuring students have the necessary academic skills to succeed.

Tertiary Preparation

• All students are required to complete the tertiary preparation modules Mathematics for Study (MMS001) in their first trimester and Language for Study (LGS001) in their second trimester.
Although these modules do not count towards the study load or GPA, a non-graded pass is required for the program of study.
