Program Overview

Sofia University's professional certification program in life coaching provides a transpersonal approach to coaching, incorporating the International Coaching Federation's core competencies and the GROW model. Through online lessons, cohort discussions, and real-time coaching practice, participants develop their coaching skills and gain confidence to establish their own coaching practice or enhance their leadership effectiveness. Upon completion, students receive a Leadership and Transformative Life Coaching Certificate of Completion recognized by the International Coaching Federation.
