Program Overview

This two-year culinary arts program provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary for a career in the hospitality industry. The program includes core courses in culinary techniques, food production, and dining room service, as well as courses in hospitality management, nutrition, and human relations. Students also complete a culinary internship to gain practical experience in the field.
