Program Overview

The Master of Education in Educational Leadership at Elizabethtown College prepares educators for leadership roles in K-12 and higher education, as well as training and development. The program offers various concentrations, including Educational Leadership, Higher Education, Social Emotional Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Principal's Certificate. Students engage in a blend of online and on-campus instruction, developing skills in strategic leadership, instructional leadership, diversity and equity, and community engagement.
