Program Overview

The Culinary Arts Institute-Lead Cook, CS program at Olympic College equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary for careers in commercial cooking, dining room service, and kitchen work. The program includes core courses in culinary arts, communication, computation, human relations, and ServSafe Food Safety Training. Graduates are prepared for entry-level positions in the hospitality industry.
