Summary

Gain the skills and confidence to succeed in the competitive musical industry with a broad range of vocal courses, individualized training, and performance opportunities including solo recitals, juried recitals, opera and musical theater, choral ensembles and master classes.

Program Description

The Associate in Music degree in Classical Voice requires 99 quarter credits in courses numbered 100 or above and a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher. This degree is suitable for students interested in entering a conservatory or seeking a terminal degree at Shoreline Community College with a music emphasis. For students planning to transfer to a baccalaureate college or university in Washington State, the AA-DTA Music transfer degree is the more appropriate degree option.
