The Fashion Department at Cañada College provides students with a comprehensive introduction to apparel design and manufacturing, equipping them for employment in apparel design firms or the establishment of their own businesses. Students develop fundamental skills and techniques in sketching, fabric selection, sewing, draping, and pattern making. The program caters to the diverse and vast fashion industry, offering opportunities in both ready-to-wear and high fashion design.
