Program Overview

The Ed.D. in Instructional Technology and Distance Education at Nova Southeastern University prepares professionals for leadership roles in educational technology and distance education. The program provides students with the knowledge and skills to design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional technology and distance education programs. The program is offered fully online, with the exception of one required Summer Institute, and students can choose from two capstone options: the Applied Dissertation or the Strategic Research Project.
