Program Overview

The Law, Science, and Technology minor at Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law equips students with a deep understanding of the legal, regulatory, and policy frameworks governing the creative economy. Through a comprehensive curriculum that explores the intersection of law, science, and technology, students gain insights into how these fields shape diverse industries, including computer science, business, technology, the arts, and media. The minor consists of 18 credits, including courses on introduction to law, federal privacy law, intellectual property, social values, electronic commerce, and cyber law.
