Program Overview

Nova Southeastern University's Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program is a seven-semester clinical degree that prepares students to diagnose, treat, and prescribe medication for mental health conditions. The curriculum includes courses in neurobiology, psychopharmacology, and psychiatric management, and graduates are eligible to work in various healthcare settings as PMHNPs.
