Program Overview

This distance hybrid program prepares physical therapists for academic/research careers. Students complete coursework in research methods, statistics, and advanced physical therapy topics, and complete a dissertation project. The program is offered part-time and typically takes 3-5 years to complete. Graduates are prepared for careers in academia, research, clinical practice, administration, consulting, and policy analysis.
