Program Overview

This program prepares students for careers in family and consumer science education, the textile and apparel industry, and nutrition and dietetics. Students will gain knowledge and skills in parenting, child development, family studies, nutrition, textiles, and more. With a teaching certificate, graduates can pursue teaching careers in middle schools, high schools, or community colleges.
