Program Overview

This undergraduate program in Baking and Pastry provides a comprehensive education in foundational and advanced baking and pastry skills, as well as business and management principles. Students will also gain knowledge in nutrition and sanitation, preparing them for careers as chocolatiers, pastry chefs, or in research and development. The program requires 90 quarter hours, including an internship, and is taught by award-winning faculty.
