Program Overview

This program provides a comprehensive foundation in chemistry and education, preparing students for careers as secondary school chemistry teachers. The curriculum includes coursework in general chemistry, organic chemistry, quantitative analysis, and physical chemistry, as well as courses in education theory and practice. Students also complete a student teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
