Program Overview

The Aviation Technology - Basic Aviation Knowledge Certificate program equips individuals with the foundational knowledge to pass the FAA Private Pilot written exam. Through courses in Private Pilot Ground School and Aviation Weather, students gain an understanding of aviation principles, regulations, and procedures. Upon completion, graduates are prepared for careers as private pilots, pursuing opportunities in personal flying, recreational flying, and entry-level pilot positions.
