Program Overview

This Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program prepares students to provide holistic treatment plans for patients across the lifespan with acute and chronic psychiatric conditions. The program includes courses in diagnostic reasoning, family theory, advanced practice nurse business and roles, and psychiatric mental health. Students engage in a variety of teaching strategies and mandatory on-campus sessions throughout the program.
