An Australian Bachelor degree or equivalent, or higher-level qualification, in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution; or No qualification with at least five years full time experience working in human resources, change management, recruitment, training and development or a related role. Applicants will be required to submit a curriculum vitae (CV).
