Program Overview

Herzing College's Industrial Design program trains students in AutoCAD and technical skills for entry-level positions in manufacturing and construction. The 14-month or 24-month curriculum includes a guaranteed internship, covering topics such as interpreting engineering concepts and creating technical drawings. Graduates can pursue careers as design technologists, drafters, CAD technicians, or mechanical designers in consulting, construction, manufacturing, and government sectors.
