In the first year of the program, students will complete six core subjects encompassing valuation techniques, property analysis, real estate law, and corporate property finance. In the second year, students will undertake eight subjects that focus on quantitative methods for economic analysis and property investment planning, and hone their research skills.


Teaching:

The Master of Property program employs a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, seminars, workshops, presentations, group discussions, and research. Classes are held predominantly outside of business hours between 5:30 pm and 9:30 pm, with some intensive weekend modules available.
