Program Overview

The Master of Teaching Practice (Secondary Education) is a two-year program designed for graduates from any discipline who wish to teach in secondary schools. The program emphasizes industry experience and theoretical understanding, with plenty of guidance from academic professionals to help you to positively influence the lives of your students. Students will complete a capstone teaching performance assessment made up of their final teaching placement and an action research project. The program is offered full-time over two years or part-time over four years.
