Program Overview

The BFA Graphic Design program at San José State University equips students with the skills and knowledge for careers in Graphic Design. The program emphasizes typography, form and image, information architecture, experience design, and interactive design. Admission is by portfolio review, and students must pass portfolio reviews at the end of each semester to advance. All students are required to complete a professional internship.
