Program Overview

The Real Estate Development Certificate program from the Department of Urban and Regional Planning provides students with the knowledge and skills for real estate development projects in Northern California. The program covers topics such as market analysis, appraisal, financing, and legal regulations. Students complete 13 units of coursework, including core and elective classes, and must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 to earn the certificate.
