Program Overview

This flexible part-time program develops effective communication and negotiation skills for professionals in various fields. It offers courses in teamwork, conflict management, negotiation, intercultural communication, and interpersonal skills. Upon completion, participants receive a Statement of Completion in Management Skills in Communication and Negotiation, enhancing their competitiveness in today's business environment.
