Program Overview

This two-year diploma program in Professional Real Estate focuses on developing students' knowledge and skills in real estate market economics, marketing, negotiation, financing, law, and practice. Graduates are prepared to challenge real estate licensing exams and qualify for the educational component of the Professional RI designation from the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia.
