Program Description
Business Administration at EUC
This program is designed for highly motivated students who wish to acquire advanced research and intellectual (analytical) skills in the area of business administration. The aim of the program is to prepare a generation of highly effective PhD scholars aiming to pursue careers in the academia or consulting in the private or public sector. The program provides students with a solid theoretical background and the opportunity to conduct innovative, highly and advancing the field focused research in business administration, for the purpose of creating new knowledge.

General Information for Doctoral Studies
European University Cyprus announces every academic year a limited number of places for doctoral studies in both Fall and Spring Semester (commencing October and February, respectively). Applications are submitted using the application form. All necessary supporting material accompanying the application are described in the application form.
Last Day for Submitting Applications
- For EU Applicants:
- For Fall Semester: Initial deadline: 15 June per year (if positions remain available, additional applications for these positions are accepted by 15 September per year)
- For Spring Semester: 15 January per year
- For Non-EU Applicants (Due to visa requirements):

- The impacts of Workforce Diversity Management Practices upon Firm Performance and more specifically Hotel Performance.
- Investigating the role of local, regional, national and international governance in tourism policy, planning and development of small island destinations.
- Exploring issues of long-term effects of over-tourism and climate change for the sustainable development of small island destinations.
- The role of tourism for local and rural population in the tourism planning and development and its contribution for escaping the state of marginalisation of small island destinations.
