Program Overview

This program prepares graduates for careers in the medical device industry, where they will apply mechanical engineering principles to design and develop safe and effective medical devices. Graduates will work in interdisciplinary teams with biomedical and electrical engineers, physicists, and technical physicians to develop new therapeutic options for patient well-being.
