Madison College's Facilities Management certificate was developed by the International Facility Management Association-Madison NewSchool team to address the urgent need for trained facility managers.


Courses from both the Madison College School of Business and Applied Arts and the School of Applied Science, Engineering, and Technology comprise a comprehensive cross-competency one-semester certificate.


Once you complete the Facilities Management certificate from Madison College, you will have foundational knowledge in project management, safety, maintenance, and building management including energy efficiency. This is an ideal program of study for the current or aspiring facility management professional.
