Industrial Relations

Program Overview

The Industrial Relations program at Canadore College is a 14-week part-time course that explores the nature of the industrial relations process, with a focus on negotiating and administering collective agreements through to grievance arbitration. Admission to the program requires individuals to be 19 years of age or older or have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma/Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent. Textbooks are not included in the course fees and must be purchased separately by students.
