Program Overview


This 14-week part-time program is designed for graduates of education or human services diplomas or degrees. Students will learn about the neurodevelopmental and behavioral aspects of people with autism spectrum disorder, including causes, symptoms, diagnostics tools, and research-based interventions. The program covers autism spectrum disorder from birth to adulthood and requires students to have current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification, a completed Non-Violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention Course (CPI), and a completed Confidential Student Health Record.
