About Program
Program Overview
The Professional Cook program at the College of the Rockies is a 28-week full-time program that provides students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the fast-paced culinary industry. Students will learn from Red Seal chefs with a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry and will have the opportunity to showcase their talents in the College’s own Class Act Dining Room.
