Program Overview

The Doctor of Philosophy (Engineering) program at the Faculty of Science, Engineering, and Built Environment offers students the opportunity to conduct academically-supervised research on political, social, and contemporary issues in engineering. Students are appointed an experienced academic supervisor and may be required to meet attendance requirements and complete a thesis embodying their research findings. The program typically takes two to four years of full-time or part-time equivalent study and can be completed on-campus or online.
