Program Overview

The Certificate in Early Childhood Education: Infant/Toddler program at Douglas College provides individuals with the skills and knowledge to work with infants and toddlers in early childhood education settings. Through interactive online classes and a practicum placement, students learn to observe, assess, plan, and guide the development of young children. Graduates are qualified to apply for a provincial license to practice as an Infant/Toddler Educator.
